Important: Income, expense, account, category, balance-transfer, customer-ledger, milk-account, and similar bookkeeping records are stored locally on the user’s device. They are not uploaded to our Firebase database and normally cannot be viewed or deleted remotely by the developer.

2. Information Stored on Our Firebase Services

Aavak Javak uses Firebase only for Google/Firebase login and Lifetime Ads Free purchase verification, security, and restoration.

Firebase information associated with an account may include:

  • Firebase Authentication account
  • Firebase user identifier
  • Name, email address, and profile photo URL received from Google Sign-In
  • Login provider and account metadata
  • Lifetime Ads Free entitlement status
  • Product, order, transaction, and purchase-verification references
  • Purchase token or cryptographic token hash
  • Purchase acknowledgement and verification status
  • Security and entitlement-ownership records

We do not store the user’s income, expense, account, category, balance-transfer, customer-ledger, milk-account, or similar bookkeeping records in Firebase.

3. Information Deleted After a Valid Request

After receiving and verifying a valid request, we will delete or anonymize applicable information under our control, which may include:

  • The user’s Firebase Authentication account
  • The user’s Firebase login-profile document
  • Lifetime Ads Free entitlement association under our control
  • Private purchase-verification records under our control
  • Purchase-token ownership claims under our control
  • Other account information directly associated with the App under our control

Deletion is subject to limited information that may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or purchase verification.

4. Delete Local App Data from the Device

Bookkeeping information is stored locally on the user’s device and may include:

  • Income and expense entries
  • Accounts, opening balances, and balance transfers
  • Categories and category icons
  • Customer names, optional WhatsApp numbers, and customer-ledger entries
  • Optional ledger or reference numbers
  • Milk-account entries, quantities, rates, and payments
  • Shop or business details
  • Notes, dates, amounts, balances, and transaction information
  • Language, currency, filter, display, security, and other supported settings
  • Daily rewarded Ads Free status stored locally

Local data can be removed using one or more of these options:

  1. Delete individual records from inside the App.
  2. Open Android Settings > Apps > Aavak Javak > Storage.
  3. Select Clear Data or Clear Storage.
  4. Uninstall the Aavak Javak App.
Deleting the Firebase App account does not automatically delete bookkeeping records stored only on the user’s device. Use the steps above to remove local data.

5. Delete JSON Backup Files

The App may allow users to create complete JSON backup files containing local App data and settings.

A JSON backup may contain financial, business, customer, contact, account, category, customer-ledger, milk-account, and settings information.

To delete a backup file:

  1. Open the file manager, Downloads, Documents, or the location selected when saving the backup.
  2. Locate the Aavak Javak JSON backup file.
  3. Delete the file and empty Trash where applicable.

If the user saved or shared the backup using Google Drive, email, WhatsApp, another cloud service, or another application, the user must delete it separately from that service.

We cannot remotely delete backup files stored in a user-controlled device, account, or third-party service.

6. Delete Excel Reports and Other Exported Files

Excel reports or statements are created only when the user selects an export or download option.

To delete an exported file, open the device’s file manager, locate the file, and delete it manually.

Files already shared with another person, WhatsApp, email, cloud storage, or another application cannot be deleted by us. The user must delete them from the relevant service or ask the recipient to delete them.

7. WhatsApp Messages and Shared Information

Aavak Javak may prepare a message or statement and open WhatsApp when the user chooses to share information.

Messages are sent only after the user confirms them in WhatsApp. Deleting the Aavak Javak account does not automatically delete WhatsApp messages, recipient copies, screenshots, or information shared through another service.

8. Lifetime Ads Free Purchase Information

Aavak Javak may offer a one-time Lifetime Ads Free purchase through Google Play Billing.

Deleting the Aavak Javak account:

  • Does not automatically issue a refund
  • Does not delete Google Play’s independent purchase history
  • May remove the Firebase account association used by the App to identify or restore the entitlement

Google Play processes payments and controls Google Play purchase records and refunds according to Google’s policies.

Purchase-verification records under our control may be deleted or anonymized, except where limited information is reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or entitlement verification.

9. Information Not Automatically Deleted

The following information is not automatically deleted by an online account-deletion request:

  • Bookkeeping records stored only in the App’s local device database
  • JSON backup files saved by the user
  • Excel reports and other exported files
  • Screenshots created by the user
  • WhatsApp, email, or other messages already shared by the user
  • Files copied to another device, application, cloud account, or storage service
  • Information already received or stored by another person
  • Google Play purchase and transaction-history records controlled by Google
  • Information that has already been anonymized and cannot reasonably identify the user

10. Information That May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Purchase and entitlement verification
  • Preventing unauthorized entitlement use
  • Legal or regulatory compliance
  • Tax, accounting, or record-keeping obligations
  • Responding to lawful requests
  • Resolving disputes or enforcing applicable terms

Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and kept only for the required period.

11. Processing Time

We will normally review and process a complete and valid deletion request within 7 to 30 days after receiving the request and completing any required account verification.

Processing may take longer if the request is incomplete, additional verification is required, a technical issue occurs, or limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or purchase-verification purposes.

12. Effect of Account Deletion

Account deletion is generally permanent. After deletion:

  • The deleted Firebase account and records may not be recoverable.
  • Local bookkeeping records may remain until separately removed from the device.
  • JSON backup and Excel files may remain until the user deletes them.
  • Messages and files shared outside the App may remain.
  • Google Play may continue to maintain independent purchase records.
  • Restoring Lifetime Ads Free inside the App may require a new login or support review.

Before requesting account deletion, users should save any information they are legally permitted to retain and may need later.
