App: Color Sort 3d (Android)
Android package: com.bindi.colorsort
Privacy and support contact: vijyacrafto@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy explains how the Color Sort 3d support team handles information in the Android app and its game backend. It covers local play, accounts, ranked challenges, advertisements, purchases, optional reminders and sharing. Google services, external websites and destinations you choose for sharing also have their own privacy practices.
The current Play Game stores puzzle progress, unlocked levels and gameplay state on your device. Its level-completion flow does not send a completion claim to our game backend or award wallet coins. Local Play Game undo does not require Google sign-in and does not debit coins or diamonds. When offered, an optional rewarded ad can unlock up to three moves of local undo once per puzzle run; an incomplete or unavailable ad does not grant that benefit.
Local gameplay does not mean the entire app is disconnected from online services. Advertising, purchases, security checks and online features can still communicate with their providers. The app may initialize an anonymous Firebase account for wallet features even if you do not choose Google sign-in. Rank Game and Google-linked account features require sign-in and a network connection. Ad-based benefits require an available ad.
Your displayed rank name, built-in avatar, completion time, rank and completed-day count are visible to other players in the relevant leaderboard. Do not include sensitive information in your public name. Ranked timing uses server records and continues during time away from an active attempt. Challenge dates and reset boundaries use India Standard Time (UTC+05:30), even where the share card does not print “IST”.
The current app updates the selected Day, Week or Month leaderboard while the Rank screen is active. It listens for a small change marker and requests current ranking data after a change; there is no one-hour waiting period. Live listening pauses when you leave the Rank screen or the app goes into the background. Previously received information can remain visible during a connection interruption. Rank data may be held temporarily on the device, and daily-attempt status/preferences may be cached locally. Older app versions can still use cached hourly leaderboards.
Daily results are ordered by lower completion time, with earlier start used to break equal times. Weekly and monthly rankings use the best eligible completion time for the period. When there are fewer than ten real completed scores, the app adds device-generated example players with fictional names, avatars and times. Real and example entries are sorted together by time in the displayed list, so an example player can appear above a real player. Examples are not real accounts or server results, but they can affect a displayed position while they fill the list. The share card uses the displayed position where available, otherwise the server-calculated personal rank, including ranks outside the visible top list.
Google-provided name information may initially populate your profile. In-app cosmetic name/avatar changes use the diamond costs shown before confirmation. Requests to correct personal information or exercise privacy rights can instead be sent to support without paying a diamond charge.
The option labelled Upload image selects a photo for local use; it does not upload that photo to our game backend. The app uses the system image selector, creates a cropped square copy locally and stores it in private no-backup storage. Image data, the local image path and image metadata are not sent to our backend for this feature. The server stores a random action/revision identifier and the associated diamond transaction, not the photo.
Your custom photo appears on the device where you selected it. Other players and other devices use your built-in avatar. A confirmed new custom-photo selection or replacement costs 5 diamonds; a change to a different built-in avatar costs 1 diamond. Removing local photo copies is free through Rank Game → Change avatar → Remove local photos. Resolve or cancel a pending avatar action first if requested. Removing an app copy does not delete the original gallery photo.
When you choose to share your rank card, the app generates an image locally containing the displayed name, avatar or local photo, rank, score/time, challenge date/period, snapshot time and app branding. English, Gujarati and Hindi controls change the invitation sentence. The square image and app-store link are passed to the sharing destination you choose. The app temporarily caches the image to complete sharing. A recipient or sharing service may keep, publish or further share the card; deleting your game account cannot recall those copies. A card shows a snapshot, so its rank can later change.
Rank reminders are optional and off by default. You can enable them in Settings → Rank reminder, allow notification permission where required, and change the reminder time. The initial time is 7:00 PM IST. The reminder invites you to play today’s Rank Challenge; tapping it opens the Rank screen, where sign-in may be needed.
The reminder is scheduled on your device. Its enabled state, time, scheduled/delivered day and locally known completed day are stored locally; this reminder feature does not send a push token to our server or poll Firestore in the background. Once this device learns that today’s Rank Challenge was completed, it suppresses that day’s reminder. Completion on another device may not be known until this device synchronizes the relevant status. Device power-saving or notification settings may delay or prevent delivery.
Turn reminders off through the in-app setting or Android’s app-notification settings. Reminder preferences are stored separately from the game account: server-account deletion does not itself disable them. Clearing the app’s storage removes the local reminder settings and other local app data.
The Android app integrates Google Play Games Services for platform authentication. Depending on your Google settings, an existing Play Games profile may authenticate automatically, or Google may offer a profile/sign-in flow. Google processes the relevant player identifiers, profile and authentication information under its policies. This platform sign-in is separate from the Google/Firebase sign-in used for this app’s wallet and Rank Game; it does not replace that account. If platform authentication is unavailable or you decline an offered flow, it is not intended to block local gameplay.
Deleting the Color Sort 3d game account does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games profile. Manage those separately using Google’s account and Play Games controls.
The current app uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Ordinary interstitial ads do not grant an ad reward. In Play Game, automatic interstitial placements are associated with completed even-numbered levels, subject to ad availability and verified Ad-Free access.
Google’s Mobile Ads SDK processes information such as IP address, which can indicate approximate location, app/ad interactions, diagnostics, advertising ID, app set ID and other applicable device/account identifiers. Purposes include ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention, subject to the restrictions applying to each identifier. In particular, app set ID is subject to restrictions on advertising personalization and measurement. Available data and personalization depend on your choices, device settings, region and SDK configuration. The game does not request precise GPS location for gameplay.
The app checks Google’s consent status and displays a consent message when required by that service. Revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices; a form may not be available for every region or consent state. Android also provides advertising-ID controls. Non-personalized or limited ads can still process data for delivery, measurement or fraud prevention.
Verified Ad-Free subscriptions and Lifetime Ad-Free suppress automatic banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available when you choose them. Ad-Free does not remove account/security/purchase verification or necessarily stop all SDK processing.
Google Play processes Android payments. We do not receive full payment card details. Diamond packs are consumable: after successful verification and finalization, additional packs may be purchased; the same transaction is not credited twice. Coins and diamonds are in-game balances with no cash-withdrawal facility.
Ad-Free subscriptions are recurring plans; available billing periods, prices and renewal terms appear in the app and Google Play confirmation screen. Lifetime Ad-Free is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal or scheduled entitlement expiry, subject to continuing purchase validity and periodic online verification. Refunds or revocations can remove access. Lifetime does not include coins or diamonds.
Shop → Purchase history shows account-linked purchase information such as the product, status, available order/date details and credited quantity or expiry. It may also show local purchases awaiting verification. It is not a complete replacement for Google Play’s order history; raw verification tokens and payment-card details are not displayed to other players.
Restore / Retry requires the appropriate game Google account and purchasing Google Play account. Account deletion or uninstalling does not automatically cancel renewal or create a refund. Manage subscriptions at Google Play subscriptions. A valid active subscription or non-refunded Lifetime purchase may be restored with the same accounts after verification; deleted coins, diamonds and rank history are not restored, and a consumed diamond pack is not credited again.
We use information to provide the requested features, maintain fair rankings, deliver and reconcile purchases/rewards, prevent abuse, respond to requests and meet applicable obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it may include providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, legal obligations, or consent for applicable processing.
Providers include Google/Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, storage, hosting and integrity checks; Google AdMob for ads and reward verification; Google Play for billing and platform game services; and email providers for support. Other players receive public leaderboard information, and chosen sharing destinations receive cards you share. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to investigate misuse. We do not sell custom avatar photos or upload them for advertising.
Game backend functions run in the Mumbai region (asia-south1), but authentication, ads, billing, platform services and provider operations may process data in other countries under the providers’ applicable safeguards. This is not an India-only storage promise.
We retain online account, wallet, reward, purchase and ranked records while needed to provide the account and associated functions. Daily/weekly/monthly leaderboard resets do not themselves erase historical records. Older versions may have created additional online Play Game reward/attempt records, which remain account-associated until removed under the deletion process.
Request deletion through Settings → Delete Account & Data, or use the Account & Data Deletion page to request it by email without opening or reinstalling the app. Requests are free. A full deletion removes the game’s Firebase Authentication account, account/profile/wallet records, associated ranked entries and history, reward/attempt/action records, and account-linked purchase records including stored raw purchase tokens, subject to these limited exceptions:
These receipts/hashes are restricted pseudonymous security records. Hourly maintenance removes expired records; outages may delay cleanup. Current shared server leaderboard caches containing the deleted profile are removed. Already-delivered screens, older/offline caches and shared images can remain until refreshed, cleared or removed by their holder. The live update mechanism also uses shared revision/period markers without profile names, photos or wallet balances.
Support emails and attachments are separate from the game database and are retained as needed for the request, necessary follow-up or disputes; ask us to delete them when appropriate. Provider logs/backups follow their configured retention cycles. Google retains its own billing records under its policies. Additional retention needed for law or an active dispute is restricted to that purpose and explained where applicable.
You may choose local play, whether to sign in for Rank features, whether to select a photo or share a card, and whether to enable reminders or optional rewarded ads. You can manage advertising choices and subscriptions separately. Contact vijyacrafto@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights. We may request reasonable account verification, but never your password or one-time code. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability or a complaint to a competent authority.
After the in-app screen confirms server deletion, it clears the deleted account’s local avatar, cached share image, the app’s rank cache and local game progress/settings handled by that flow on this device. Reminder preferences and already-scheduled reminders are separate: turn off Rank reminder or Android notifications yourself. For complete local cleanup use Android Settings → Apps → Color Sort 3d → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage. Clear cache alone is not complete deletion. Repeat on other devices and manage device backups separately. Email deletion cannot remotely clear files on your phone; gallery originals and shared copies remain outside our control.
Same-account ranked play and server-backed rewards may remain restricted until the next 12:00 AM IST following a deletion request, as well as until deletion succeeds. Returning later may create a new game account. For verified email requests we aim to complete deletion within 30 days, explaining necessary verification, delays or applicable exceptions. In-app requests normally run automatically, with status checks and retries if needed.
A parent or guardian concerned about a child’s information or public profile can contact us at the same address for review or deletion. Avoid putting a child’s identifying details in a public rank name.
We use authenticated requests, restricted backend access, encrypted service connections and server-side verification. No system can guarantee absolute security. Relevant provider information includes Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security and Google advertising information.
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The date above identifies this version. For questions or requests, email vijyacrafto@gmail.com.
